A Qlik environment is more than a set of apps. Underneath is a platform that needs to be set up properly: the data model, reloads, permissions, and the way you deploy new apps. We build that platform with the same care as the dashboards on top of it.
The data model determines whether everything else works. A well-designed associative model lets users explore their data freely; a poor model becomes slow, unpredictable, and unreadable for the next developer. We build sound models, keep reloads fast with incremental loading strategies, and ensure your source systems are connected properly. Working with larger data flows? Then we also look at the underlying layer, using Qlik Data Integration or a separate data foundation.
A dashboard that looks good but no one opens has no value. We build apps that help people find the answers they need without requiring a manual. That means making choices: which questions should this dashboard answer, what should you leave out, and how do you ensure people are still using it six months later?
As long as you have one app, management is not a problem. Once you have twenty apps, multiple teams, and different developers coming and going, it becomes one. We configure your Qlik environment to keep it manageable, with clear permissions, consistent naming, documented decisions, and a process for deploying apps safely. We use the coding conventions and tools we have developed ourselves over the years, such as SenseTheme for consistent styling.
Migrating to Qlik Cloud is not simply a matter of copying everything over. Data flows, permissions, and distribution work differently, and not everything can be transferred one-to-one. We guide the transition from QlikView or Qlik Sense on-premises and make sure your environment is better structured after the migration than it was before. Think of it as a basic recipe: we keep it lightweight for a small environment and expand it for a larger organization with multiple teams. The result is an environment based on choices that have repeatedly proven themselves, rather than decisions made up on the spot.

That depends greatly on what you need. If you have a specific question about an existing environment, we can sometimes help within a few hours or even during the initial meeting. For a larger project, we usually start with a three-day proof of concept. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, see how the data is structured and assess its quality, understand the question more clearly, and check whether working together feels like a good fit. Depending on the scope of the project, the first usable results then follow within a few days to a few weeks.
Yes. We work with organizations of different sizes, from smaller teams to large enterprises. A more focused project often suits a smaller organization: a single dashboard, a health check, or help with a specific issue rather than a complete implementation. We look at what fits your situation instead of applying a fixed model.
