18 March 2026 Qlik Answers application management in the Administration activity center Share this message The Content section of the Administration activity center now includes filtering and management capabilities for applications activated for Qlik Answers. Administrators can identify which applications are enabled for Qlik Answers and manage their activation status directly from the Applications tab. Filtering applications by Qlik Answerss activation status A new Source filter option is available on the Applications tab in Content. The filter includes the following options: Activated for Qlik Answers: Displays only applications that have been activated and indexed for use with Qlik Answers. This filter helps administrators quickly identify and review the applications that are currently contributing to Qlik Answers assistants. Deactivating applications for Qlik Answers Administrators can deactivate applications from Qlik Answers directly in the Administration activity center. When viewing applications filtered by Activated for Qlik Answers, you can deactivate applications using either of the following methods: Bulk action: Select one or more applications and click Deactivate Qlik Answers. Individual action: Click the more actions menu on an individual application row and select Deactivate Qlik Answers. Deactivating an application removes it from the Qlik Answers index. The application itself is not deleted and can be reactivated for Qlik Answers at any time. Managing applications with Qlik Answers How can we help?
