22 February 2022 Managing usage metrics Share this message A new usage metric setting in the Management Console allows tenant administrators to control whether catalog items in the tenant show KPI metrics, such as views, viewing trends, and usage. KPIs allow you to easily understand the popularity and usage of content at-a-glance. The usage metric setting is turned on by default. The Viewed by KPI indicates the number of users who have opened the content. The Used in KPI refers to data only and indicates the number of applications that use the dataset.
