Retail Analytics at IKEA: watch the recorded webinar

Last week we hosted a webinar about Retail Analytics at IKEA with IKEA’s Bert Ipema and Bitmetric’s Angelika Klidas.

In the webinar, Bert took us on a journey along IKEA’s history, culture and vision. This was followed by a deep-dive into the company’s Qlik Sense Enterprise platform, and how Bitmetric has helped design and architect this best-in-class platform. Bert closed with how IKEA uses the insights gained from their data to approach omnichannel retail, and the impact the Covid-19 pandemic had on speeding up this transition.
