New unified administration between Qlik Cloud and Talend Cloud

Unified administration is rolling out progressively from February 2026. Users, roles, permissions, environments, and spaces are synchronized and shared between Qlik Cloud and Talend Cloud, so you can manage them in a unified way.

Availability

Unified administration is available in most Qlik Cloud regions. It is not available in Qlik Cloud Government or the Sweden region.

What’s unified

• Unified account page

  You can edit your user profile information, change your password, and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) on the shared Account page. You can access this page from the profile menu in both Qlik Cloud and Talend Cloud.

• Unified administration for environments and spaces

  You can create and manage environments and associated spaces that are shared between Qlik Cloud and Talend Cloud.

• Unified administration for users, roles, and permissions

  You can manage users, roles, and permissions for Qlik Cloud and Talend Cloud in one place. Talend Cloud roles and permissions are now available in Qlik Cloud Administration.
